Terundcastle
Download Terundcastle 1.0 - final version of Terundcastle. The mod was last updated in 2007 (several bugs fixed).
History
Terundcastle is an Imperial keep built in 3E417 on the southern shore of Odai river, near the southern road between Balmora and Pelagiad. The keep became an important transition point for merchants and soon East Empire Company took under control all trading activities.
Blight that spread over Foyada Mameya made the southern road unsafe, and maintaining Terundcastle became unprofitable for both for East Empire Co. and Imperial Legion. By all accounts Orvas Dren was afraid that Legion will interfere in Bitter Coast smuggling and Cammona Tong activities. So Imperial administration decided to sell the keep to a Hlaalu oathman Fedris Omalor who was first to pay the huge price of 60,000 gp. However, soon Hlaalu realised that they made a mistake - Fedris locked himself up in the keep and carried out strange magical experiments. In fact he was a Telvanni agent.
With the help of former Terundcastle majordomo, argonian called Amei, Hlaalu warriors managed to enter Terundcastle secretly and captured Fedris and his apprentices. No one has ever heard about them later, most likely their corpses lie at the bottom of the sea somewhere near Hla Oad. However, it remains unknown what Telvanni mage-lord hired Omalor and what was his aim. The next owner of Terundcastle was a rich Hlaalu merchant Galen Dorvayn who wished to restore the role of the keep in Ascadian Isles trade. The attempt, however, was not successful, and Galen is now seeking for someone ready to buy Terundcastle.
With a fine location, good defense and hospitable interior, Terundcastle could become a good home for a rich nobleman in our unsafe times.

General Information
Terundcastle is a good housemod for high-level players who enjoy Imperial style. The price will be about 80,000 gp, then you will get keys and access to a few secrets (and maybe quests). Price is high but I know from my own experience that it's not too difficult to collect the sum when you are about lvl. 30-40. Ask Creeper for help if you have any problems :)
Requires Morrowind and Tribunal.
